Rental terms
The full terms are set out in the rental contract signed at booking. Here are the main points.
Deposit & balance
A 30% deposit is requested at booking. The balance is due at the latest one month before arrival (or in full at booking if made less than 30 days before the stay).
Security deposit
A €1000 security deposit is requested (by cheque or transfer), returned after the check-out inspection.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter. The deposit remains with the owner; the balance may be due if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, unless the house is re-let. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Pets
Accepted with prior agreement, maximum 2 pets, not allowed in bedrooms or in the pool. The grounds are not fenced.
Household linen
Not included by default — optional, linen left on the beds (€250) or beds made on arrival (€300), to be confirmed at the latest two months before the stay.
Insurance
It is the tenant's responsibility to check that their civil liability insurance covers holiday-rental risks, and to provide us with a certificate when paying the balance.
